Park Place Finance is a mortgage lender with one of the quickest closing times in Texas. They typically close a loan within two to four weeks and offer a free float down option if rates increase. To share that message, Kulture Digital created a campaign called ’21 Days to Close’ that features a branding video, website and online advertising.
First Step: Create the Assets for 21 Days to Close
Once we conceived the idea of 21 Days to Close, we had Park Place Finance buy the URL while we worked on the script ideas for the video. To keep things consistent, we wanted to shoot the video first and then use the assets to build out the website and online ads.
Second Step: Design and Develop the Website for 21 Days to Close
Once the video was completed, we designed and developed a one page website. We focused on a mobile-first approach that clearly explained the reasons why Park Place Finance is a great mortgage provider. For lead generation, we included live chat, a phone number and an approachable contact form.
Final Step: Get the Message Out
Once the website was launched and the content was produced, it was time to build the digital campaigns to build awareness for both 21 Days to Close and Park Place Finance. Working closely with the client, we decided to focus on Facebook Ads and AdWords. We continue to monitor the campaigns and reallocate the budget to produce the best results.
